The Coronavirus pandemic made it challenging for organizations to stay connected to the people they serve, but we provided a remedy for the clients we serve. We understand the importance of video-based communications in times of crisis and separation. Not only is video an efficient means of delivering essential information, it also helps keep us connected as people. Video makes it clear that support is never far away.

For OAS FCU, we remotely directed and recorded zoom videos of leadership and staff so the credit union. The videos share friendly, sympathetic faces, voices and messages with members around the world. They reinforce that OAS FCU is here to help all members while delivering a powerful message of connection and support during a critical time. Videos were placed on the OAS FCU website and shared via Facebook and email with members.
