New Business Development Specialist

We are looking for an experienced new business development person with the skills and experience to help build our client base. Positive attitude, ability to work independently and a willingness to jump in and do what it takes is key. We’re a small and growing creative communications agency with impressive experience and success stories to tell in a variety of industries. We’ve been doing the work for years – now it’s time to get the word out!

Some of your core responsibilities will include: day-to-day sales development, managing a database of prospects, creation of presentation materials, meeting and presenting to prospective clients, managing correspondence, providing input to agency personnel when prospects are elevated to account status, and more.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree. Minimum 5 years agency experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Quickbooks Online and Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus. Must be detail-oriented with proven sales experience. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Agency experience and a track record of success in business development required.

Special Skills: Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment, flexible, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

This is a full-time position in our Exeter, New Hampshire office. We offer health insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) plan.
