Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union (BFSFCU) is committed to providing exceptional service to its members. To help encourage and facilitate this commitment, BFSFCU created the Service PACT to guide employees’ interactions with members, colleagues and credit union vendors. Our marketing teams combined efforts creating this Service PACT video. It reminds staff while encouraging them to renew their commitment to excellence. The PACT video is also used to educate new credit union employees going forward.
