Rebranding the largest publicly-traded water and wastewater utility in North America is a big job. Launching that new brand on the same day that the company goes public on the New York Stock Exchange is even bigger. We accomplished both.
Creative Co-op helped American Water strategize, create and execute a complete brand re-alignment that spanned every aspect of American Water’s business, including customer communications, marketing, media relations, government affairs and internal communications.
