Project Description

As the largest publicly-traded water and wastewater utility in North America, American Water’s brand development is a big job. Launching that new brand on the same day the company goes public on the New York Stock Exchange is even bigger. We accomplished both.

Creative Co-op helped American Water strategizing, creating and executing a complete brand re-alignment that spanned every aspect of American Water’s business. This included customer communications, marketing, media relations, government affairs and internal communications.

The following are samples of some of the nearly 1,000 projects we completed for this dynamic company.

We were also recognized by numerous industry organizations for outstanding achievement in brand strategy and design. Notable awards include:
